These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. By engaging with this website or participating in any events organized by the Foundation for Culture & Charity (FCC) or Bali Ocean Week (BOW), you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia for any dispute resolution.
The Foundation for Culture & Charity (FCC) and its associated events, including Bali Ocean Week, bear no responsibility for the acquisition, processing, or legal validity of visas or work permits for any international participants.

Individual Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of every international volunteer, sponsor, or participant to ensure they hold the correct legal status and documentation required by Indonesian Immigration to enter the country and participate in our activities.

No Legal Assistance: FCC does not provide legal advice or immigration sponsorship services.
Third-Party Business & Liability
Participation with FCC as a sponsor, partner, or volunteer does not constitute a legal partnership, agency, or joint venture.

No Responsibility for Third Parties: FCC bears no responsibility or liability for the independent business operations, conduct, or legal compliance of any third-party organization involved with us as a sponsor or volunteer group.

Independent Action: Any group or individual joining the FCC platform remains an independent entity. FCC is not liable for their actions, contracts, or debts.
Operational Transparency (The 60/40 Model)
By donating or partnering with the platform, you acknowledge our funding ideology:

Allocation: 60% of all funds generated through entertainment and events are allocated to the growth and sustainability of the FCC architecture.

Direct Impact: 40% of funds are deployed directly to our local Indonesian impact partners for environmental restoration and community stewardship.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including the brand kits, logos, and event frameworks for FCC, Bali Ocean Week (BOW), and Scene(s) & Sounds (S&S)—is the property of the Foundation for Culture & Charity. Unauthorized use of these assets for external marketing or commercial gain is strictly prohibited without written consent.
